Fuel for success

"Any intelligent fool can make things bigger, more complex, and more violent. It takes a touch of genius and a lot of courage to move in the opposite direction" - Albert Einstein

These words made lot of sense to me. It also helped me to think on principals to achieve this higher state of real success, listed below are few that I found in the JUGAAD.

1. Seek opportunity in adversity - Resilience
2. Do more with less - Frugality
3. Think and act flexible - Adaptability
4. Keep it simple - Simplicity
5. Think inclusive - Inclusivity
6. Intuition - Passion
7. Ethical - Accountability

When these principals are absorbed in our minds it helps us grow in credibility, character and creativity, the fuel for success

Paints for CHOOSE LIFE

India for Kenya - CHOOSE LIFE

Children in ACK Kurungu, a remote village in Kenya walk 8 Kilometers to fetch 10 liters of murky water, which they use for drinking, cooking and washing. This lead to waterborne infectious diseases like typhoid fever and various maladies just categorized as diarrhea and dysentery.

Clean water will change lives. Children in ACK Kurungu will return to school. Women will begin small businesses. Men will start working. Fields will be watered and food supply will become more reliable. Health returns and children grow up to be productive members of their community. The cycle of poverty is broken. Lives change.
…It starts with you; CHOOSE LIFE

Here - There - Nowhere

Human beings from the origin tried hard to belong but have failed miserably in the quest to know who they are and in trying to conquer the world.

Great men like Alexander, Caesar, Stalin, impressed the world with their supremacy & charisma, however restlessness governed their life, and the quest for belonging was never achieved.

Still there were some men like Isocrates, Nietzsche, Sylvia Plath who believed their knowledge and their understanding on things will help them belong, however they died miserably.

Jimmy Hendrix the guitar maestro, Kurt Cobain the grunge guru and billionaire Adolf Merckle hunt for fortune and fame dint last long, it all came to a standstill.

We all do search to belong in big or small way, what is our attempt leading to? Disappointment or satisfaction, think about it…

PS: The world has some great runners & winners such as Socrates, Jesus, Gandhi, there is hope, BELIEVE IT 2 BELONG.

The Conqueror

I'm gonna tell the second Adam’s story of why he came and how he conquered all
His Commission was a Mystery; and the Pharisees they got it wrong
He broke the bondage set the captives free; gave living water to the one thirsty
Through his sacrifice he tore the vile; he connected man with deity;

Born in a manger to a virgin
Lived the life of paragon
Though he was the king; He lived the life of a simple man
For he came he died to conquered

By dying on the cross he conquered; Sin, my shame and healed the human will
He has given us the Victory; through his battle we are made complete
Believe in Jesus and you will be saved; He is the only way the truth and life
Hallelujah Amen; Hallelujah Amen

ME: I feel its better to get into any position available then slowly move up
J. SPEAR: yes... As hard as it seems…giving time till feb end…and then will take what comes...
ME: BEST
Sent at 20:00 on Wednesday
ME: My general observation from ppl with out job is that they get into a shell
J. SPEAR: as in…
ME: just don't want to accept the reality
J. SPEAR: oh k…hmm …but it depends also on other things..
ME: VVVV when he was without a job for more than a year was behaving very normal outside, but was sure he was loosing the identity
J. SPEAR: accepting reality is one... But is that the reality is other yeah VVVV was an exception...he was also confused…very much...
ME: Hmmm yeah true
J. SPEAR: but I agree too… Just that reality as it seems to other ppl's eyes are different from what you see ur self…
ME: absolutly...i know its a very sensitive thing
J. SPEAR: yes..
ME: Acting responsible at this point is the most essential aspect
J. SPEAR: yes …and to be honest I really cant explain why I am doing what I am doing to many ppl.. but that does not mean I have not seen reality...not saying u r saying it..
ME: I get it
J. SPEAR: just used it as an example...knowing that u r someone who like to dabble with thoughts just like me [nose wink]
ME: I get ur point
J. SPEAR: so how come u r still single ?
ME: Struggling to be single
J. SPEAR: hahahahahh … that's more like it...knew u were a much in demand boy
ME: Some times i feel i need to have some one for me...but when i know some one likes me i get scared
J. SPEAR: hmmm..
ME: Its not that Im in demand n all that
J. SPEAR: scared ?...of what?
ME: dont want to get into a relationship, as it curtails my freedom
J. SPEAR: well... maybe for now… but some point u will realise life cant be just abt ur freedom…
and it sure will be nice to have that special someone .. it is surely give and take..
ME: exactly, haven’t found that person yet
J. SPEAR: hmmm ...it mite cost u ur freedom to find that someone in one sense [nose wink]
ME: lol
When im with intellectual circle i really feel i don’t need a girl
J. SPEAR: ada pavi . ..
ME: last week I was in blr when i stayed in UTC and SABS (Bible schools)
J. SPEAR: that's an assumption u r making .. that all intellectuals are guys...ok and..
ME: im not staying that...i carefully used the word "circle" its a neutral term [nose wink]
J. SPEAR: but u did say u dont need a girl…k…k should tell this to some girls in church…
they will make a message out of it…
ME: lol, that’s a dangerous place
J. SPEAR: hahah I agree…
ME: lots of feminists
J. SPEAR: absolutely…I am laughing…
ME: lol
J. SPEAR: seriously...glad we both think alike
ME: there are some very sweet people there like XXXX who is XXXX wife very level headed
J. SPEAR: Oh k.. don’t know anyone personally but I did get that feeling the little time I worshiped there...I am still laughing at the way u said it…"dangerous feminists"...shud match u up with someone from there…and then talk abt freedom...
ME: lol yeah...but i feel glad about them cos they have an identity...than for lots of our Indian women who don't have any identity
J. SPEAR: well .. you cant make an absolute statement like that..
Christian identity is more abt how you see ur self in God’s eyes.. not the feminist way of seeing it...I am waiting to see you get married…
ME: which statements are u referring to?
J. SPEAR: “cos they have an identity...than for lots of our Indian women who don't have any identity”
ME: oh ur correct! I have a problem in making sweeping statements, im consciously trying to avoid; thanks for pointing
J. SPEAR: well that's ok… all of us do it… And we learn… Sometimes we realise our own convictions only when we make those sweeping statements…and when someone points it out we really do think.
ME: absolutely...these days my work involved very measured talking, since im meeting lot of big ppl in the industry
J. SPEAR: Oh good...
ME: Any plans of coming to India?
J. SPEAR: if and when I get a Job will come down ...a surprise trip…have a few things to talk with folks…don’t want to do over the distance
ME: Oh ok
J. SPEAR: but will keep you posted. We can surely catch up for coffee…if ur highness is free that is
ME: haaaa, anytime i would be available to meet you my friend
J. SPEAR: thanks for that…anyways da…have to grab a coffee and call my ex boss...
so will let you go now.
ME: yup will soon leave office 2
J. SPEAR: and it was nice caching up for a stimulating conversation [nose wink]
ME: Same here...hope we do stuff like this more often
J. SPEAR: yes sure.. once I land in job.. will surely tickle your brain.
ME: may be I will start a blog and will paste all that we spoke into it...wouldn’t be a super idea?
J. SPEAR: remove the church thing...otherwise we will be used as an example in their messages...and u and I mite never get married
ME: lol that’s going to be the main feature...except for the personal things rest will be up for all to read
J. SPEAR: [nose wink]
ME: some day when we grow old we could look back and laugh over it again
J. SPEAR: hahah well...I am still laughing …"dangerous feminists" can imagine u saying it…
ME: lol
J. SPEAR: anyways... let’s leave the church girls out of conversation…K da…will let u go now
ME: k, god bless! ta ta
J. SPEAR: take care.. And GOD bless…

J. SPEAR is busy. You may be interrupting.
